Hope everyone had a wonderful, colorful
Fourth. M.J. and I had a really great time.
Didn't have to work so we spent almost the entire day together.
I'm happy to report that i still have all my limbs intact.
Actually,
MaryJane did all the work. She was proud to announce to me that she could light the fireworks...and she did. We did some small stuff out front of the pad; smoke
bombs,
stompers, sparklers, etc. and we took the rest of our loot out to Nana and Grandpas. They invited us out for a Fish Fry and Fireworks.
MaryJane was excited to go and she had a ball. I must say the food was awesome; catfish,
hush puppies, corn, slaw, beans,
watermelon. : d
MaryJane did some more small fireworks before dark, at dusk
she had Nana get her a jar and we caught fire flies, and at dark she got to put on her own show. She did some fireworks we took and some Grandpa had gotten. It was a very nice show w/ fountains, cones, and
missiles followed by applause She had so much fun and i know it was a special moment for her.
After her fab show Nana's kiddos put on a big show for us and it was very
purrty. The pictures are of m.J. with the first firefly, her and Brena going thru stompers like crazy, her and her assistant doing the show, and her fav firework from the show. : )
