What Up?

Whats up people? Sooooo we had a good time last weekend. We hung out w/ Grandpa and Nana for a good part of the day Saturday. My little coloring superstar had colored a picture at Jose’s on Dickson last time we went and she won herself a free kids meal so we meet up w/ them there to eat. We enjoyed the company and yummy food. We then set out for the football stadium where we Razorfest was being held. MaryJane had the best time. She played lots of games and won lots of fab prizes, the best being a valentine puppy named Samantha. She named it after her friend at the apartments that moved to Missouri; how sweet. We were pretty wet and tired by the time we got home so it was the lounge act for us. Sunday was a trip to Church and play time around the house. Got all of our School done both days and played a lot of Webkins and The Spongebob Squarepants Movie Game over the weekend too. Tuesday was Treehouse and Community Group. Played tag w/ MaryJane and her friends at lunch and her and I enjoyed a nice picnic at the park before I went to group. Wednesday was Earth Day. Her mommy and her had a blast. See Jess’s Blog for details. We were going to pick up trash to recycle, but when she got outside and saw that her friend Michelle was out that she has not seen in forever was there she spent all there time playing w/ her instead. They had so much fun together. Played outside some last night too. Love the weather as of late. : ) Today MaryJane attended Culture Club (Round 2). Again, see her blog for more on that. Weekend holds all kinds of fun, but ill speak on that next week. Until then….Peace.

Eatser and More!

What an awesome weekend. MaryJane and I truly enjoyed ourselves. She was so excited about the Easter Bunny coming, going to visit our family and Church. We were up at 6am on Saturday morning and almost immediately she had her new dress on, thats how anxious to get the weekend started she was. hehe. We started our eggs and it seemed tho her like forever for them to cook and cool. She just could not wait to get her hands on them. We played and got everything ready to color and decorate them while we waited. She had a great time coloring, applying stickers, and dipping them in the hot water to shrink wrap them. She did a Kitty and Puppy theme. Cute. After that she hung out and watched Beverly Hills Chewawa (which she just loves) and then it was time to jet. We packed up her eggs and we were off. A few stops later we arrived at Nana and Grandpas. MaryJane had a ball hiding eggs. She had a bag full of prizes she had put together on the way there so after she gave those out after the first few hunts. It was awesome. She had fun playing w/ Brena and playing on the PC. On a walk w/ Nana she discovered Frog Eggs in the ditch. We saw hatched and unhatched eggs. Very interesting. Dad and I had fun playing washers and some game Cody made. Both were a lot of fun. After an hour....or four (time flies when your havin fun), we headed out to Great Grandma and Grandpas for a long over due visit. I couldnt have been nicer. Grandpa and I talked while the girls picked flowers. Grandma helped MaryJane put flowers in jar vases and helped her put together a card to go w/ one of them she gave to her mommy. It was very sweet. It was then home. We put out carrots for the Easter Bunny, made sure the door was unlocked, put the cats in the bedroom with us, closed the door and couldnt wait to get to sleep in anticipation of the Easter Bunny coming. We were up at 6:30 and she couldnt wait to get out of bed. She discovered that the carrots were eaten and a bucket full of goodies had been left for her. She was very pleased. We then played a super awesome, over an hour, session of Barbies before we rushed to get ready for Church. She wore her other Easter dress her GuaGua had gotten for her and she looked gorgeous. As you can imagine there were a million people at church and i thought we were gonna have to sit/stand by the wall but we luckily got a seat, yes one. It was nice tho; she sat on my lap and it was cuteness. After the short service we headed to Rogers where we meet up w/ Mommy. The week has been good. Tuesday nite we went to a guys house that is in our community group to start our community garden. To MaryJanes disappointment we didnt actually do any planting, just looked at the spot and discussed the plans, but that was way over-ridden by the fact that a girl named Miranda that is a homeschooled girl her age was there and the fact that there was cheese pizza. Her and Miranda played, played, and played some more and she ate, ate, and ate pizza. We are going back next week to plant our cool weather plants. We are excited. : )

Hippity Hoppity Easter's On It's Way!

Gearing up for a big, fun Easter weekend. MaryJane and I have been having fun. She sewed and made lots of crazy concoctions in the kitchen last weekend. Played a ton of Barbies. Went to the office to work out and enjoy some Garfield on the big screen. Went down to the ravine and played in the water. We really enjoyed that. It was a fun weekend. We made a cake Wednesday nite and she decorated it last nite and we will eat some of it tonight...hehe. Ill be back Monday w/ details on coloring and hunting eggs, the trip to visit our family, details on what the Easter Bunny left, and Church. I will have pictures of MaryJane in her Easter Dresses too. : )
